We all at some time or another will say things to ourselves that are fixed. But the more we can catch ourselves to change those fixed statements to growth statements the better we will feel about how we learn and how we see the situation. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Below in the red head are fixed statements. In the blue head are growth statements. In the table below the heads look at the Fixed statement and then think of a growth statement.
